a month and a half have come and gone...

without any new updates! (actually, just updates, since the use of the word 'updates' already implies the newness of the entry. i love attacking redundancy.) and since that time, my site has hardly budged an inch. a combination of chronic laziness, extreme toxification, and alternative pasttimes have prevented me from updating my now nearly-abandoned blog. but not for long.

blogs have sort of died out in our class. to think that it was only a mere six months ago that a blogging boom grew within the intarmed 2011 class, me included. since then, several blogs have been abandoned, some ended entirely, many neglected because of other, more pressing matters. though it may seem that i'm following that destructive path right now, i beg to differ.

2 friends, danlen and alikoy, who ended their tabulas careers soon after the site overhaul, have revived in other parts of the blogging world, but nonetheless have started blogging again. watching them compose their entries in the laptop in the condo brings back dormant feelings and desires; the drive to start typing, pouring out my brain onto a computer screen, my thoughts travelling millions of miles away to grace the minds of the curious and the concerned. a drive that may very soon resurface (as in right now, actually.)

and to add the proverbial icing on the cake, the pre-summer-semester vacation is a week and 3 exams away. there's the new music from music_html, which i've requested for a long time ago. it would be such a waste to abandon blogging and waste the precious effort nique put in into finding and uploading those songs. i haven't really gotten to studying css and whatnot, but by the short break i hope to get all that down and get a new template up.
